Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We charge a flat fee of: 

$15 upto 2kg

$25 over 2kg 

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed the same day and dispatched the following business day. All orders placed after will be processed the next day and dispatched within 2 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day and sent from our warehouse within 2 business days.

Please allow 2-14 business days to receive your order.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
